So, why did I decide to start the challenge in November, and not, as is appropriate, in the New Year? Because, first of all, my birthday is in November, so this is the beginning of my personal new year and I want it to be incredible. And, secondly, that I was so fed up with my condition that I had absolutely no strength left to endure any more!
So, today is the first day on the way to change and I decided to start with time management. In my schedule, it is very difficult to find time to work with myself, because I have a 3-year-old child who spends most of the day at home and the absence of any help from the outside, because my husband comes only on weekends. I do all the housework. And constant panic attacks and physical manifestations of anxiety rob me of the remaining strength.
Once I saw a very cool piece of advice from a time management consultant. That you need to write down all the activities during the day on paper, then write down how long it takes against each one and at the end sum up the time.
I did this, but only in relation to those activities that are necessary for me, as self-care, as well as work on myself.
And this is what I got:
06:30-07:30 (while the baby is sleeping) – meditation and care;
09:00-12:00 (while the baby is in kindergarten) – sports and a blog post;
14:00-16:00 (while the baby is having a nap) – a book and studying Spanish;
22:00-23:00 (while the baby is sleeping) – learning English
These are the activities that are important to me today. Of course, new ones will be added, but for now this is the basis.
Write yours and we will meet tomorrow.
Also, I am waiting for you on Instagram, there I will step out of my comfort zone and share photos during the day (I hope))
